Item Specifics

The Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash is a daily face wash. It features a base of 4 natural ingredients. Rosemary extract, olive fruit oil, aloe vera, and coconut oil. This face wash is designed for all skin types, but is especially great for those with sensitive skin and for those who struggle with acne. It does not exfoliate, which can be irritating to those with acne and sensitive skin.

Those 4 base ingredients all provide awesome benefits for your skin. Rosemary has great antiseptic properties that make it perfect for cleansing your skin of impurities. It can also help protect skin cells from sun damage and that caused by free radicals. The olive fruit oil is an antioxidant, which can help to prevent and heal damage caused by solar radiation. This ingredient can also lessen any acne by killing the bacteria that cause it. Aloe Vera juice is a very common ingredient as it can soothe irritated skin, as well as rehydrate dry skin. In addition, it is also an anti-inflammatory, which can help with acne riddled skin. Finally, the coconut oil has great moisturizing properties and can help heal skin irritations as well.

Ingredients

As with the organic shampoo product from Christina Moss, the Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash has the same great quality ingredients. The complete list of ingredients include: Decyl Glucoside, Certified Organic Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Certified Organic Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil, Certified Organic Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Potassium Hydroxide (this is removed in the final product through the process of Saponification), Certified Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf (Aloe Vera) Juice, Citric Acid, Certified Organic Butyrospermum Parki (Shea Butter), Certified Organic Rosmarinus Officials (Rosemary) Essential Oil, Rosmarius Officianalis (Rosemary) Flower Extract.

As you can see, Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash has a lot of organic ingredients. Each and every one is meant to give you a better, more natural wash without the harmful effects of chemicals. Every ingredient has a specific role that it carries out flawlessly. Now many people may be alarmed to see potassium hydroxide, but do not be. It is not actually included in the final product, it is only used when making the product. Another thing that is awesome to see is a short list of ingredients. Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash really just sticks to the necessary ingredients and does not include any fillers.

Features

Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash has a lot of great features and certifications. For starters, it is free of all chemicals. They list everything their product is free of. This includes chemical preservatives, SLS, SLES, Propylene glycol, PG derivatives, parabens, sulfates, dyes, and synthetic fragrances.

As I mentioned before, every single natural extract or ingredient used here is actually certified organic. There is even a seal of certification at the bottom of the label on the back of the bottle. Also included in the same location are three other seals. One for certified vegan, meaning that there are no animal products used. One that shows us that the product is cruelty free, meaning it was not tested on animals. And lastly, one for Natural Ingredients that do not contains GMOs. In addition, they also ensure that you know that the bottle is Eco-friendly and BPA free, which is a great thing to see.

About This Company

Christina Moss Naturals was created by none other than, Christina Moss. It is located in Los Angeles, California, USA. She has been creating organic and preservative free hair and skin products for the last 16+ years. Moss has been educating her customers on the simple facts that what goes on your body, goes into your bloodstream via your skin. She and her business partner, Kenny Davies, believe in making chemical and preservative free products available to everyone.

They are not only interested in helping your body, but they are also passionate about keeping the environment safe and healthy. When it comes to developing, manufacturing, and shipping, they make sure to not use any harsh chemicals, excess plastics, and much more. In addition, all of their bottles are made from recycled plastic and biodegradable labels.

Now, while their product line is not extremely expansive, what they do have available is of the best quality. Besides the natural face wash, they also manufacture organic shampoos, toners, eye creams, lip balm, and body washes, lotions and scrubs. Interestingly enough, they mainly only have one variation of each product. So one shampoo, one lotion, eye cream, etc. I tend to actually like that, as it gives them the opportunity to perfect their formula and continue to innovate.

Pros:

This natural face wash is seriously natural. It is filled with natural ingredients, most of which are also certified organic. Nearly every ingredient is naturally derived and what's more is there is not a overly long list of ingredients. Only what is necessary.

There are absolutely no chemicals in Christina Moss Naturals Facial Wash. It is 100% free of any and all sulfates, and other compounds including SLS, SLES, PG, PG derivatives, parabens, dyes, synthetic fragrances, or petrochemicals.

Not only is this face wash certified organic, but it holds quite a few other certifications as well. It is certified vegan, cruelty free, no GMO, Eco-friendly (BPA free), and no harmful chemicals.

The base ingredients to this face wash are highly beneficial. Each one has properties that make them perfect for use in face washes. Whether they are meant to soothe and rehydrate your skin, reduce inflammation, heal and prevent acne, or even act as a antiseptic, you know that this face wash will definitely be beneficial for you.

Cons:

While there really is not anything wrong with the face wash itself, there is one issue here that will turn a lot of people off. That is the price, it is a bit steep. For those used to spending between $4 and $8 for a facial cleanser, you are going to have to shell out quite a bit more for this one.

Final Thoughts:

Now while it is filled with a lot of great stuff, does it actually work. The general consensus when looking at the reviews is, yes. Now there are a few reviews saying otherwise, but not everyone likes everything. There are a handful of consumers who have reported that the face wash made their face very dry or oily, or even made them breakout even worse. However the majority of consumers found no issues with this face wash. That being said, everyone's face, skin, and body react differently to certain products and ingredients. It is best to be sure that you are not allergic or overly sensitive to any of the ingredients listed here.
